  • Network Neutrality and Internet Economics

    How networks should be paid for: the economics of interconnection, ISP settlement, network neutrality, and zero-rating. Reframes policy disputes as questions of who pays whom, using cooperative game theory and market models.

    Foundations for quantum computation and resilience, and applying quantum computing to classical networking problems such as network verification.
